He is survived by: his children, Kayla Michelle Phelps of Tennessee and David Logan Phelps of Atlanta; his parents, David Timothy Phelps of Byromville and Barbara Louise Phelps of Hawkinsville; his siblings, Laurie Nicole Dobson (Ken) of Bonaire, GA and Troy Jackson Phelps (Jayme) of Cochran, GA; his stepbrother Koby Bowen of Byromville, GA; his grandmother Barbara Jean Bell of Hawkinsville, GA; his aunts, Coni Phelps of Hawkinsville, GA, Pat Rhodes (Jimmy David) of Hawkinsville, GA and Judy Peacock (Barry) of Pineview, GA; his nieces and nephews, Brittany Nicole Beard (Alex) of Kathleen, GA, Illy Phelps of Cochran, GA, Brandon Douglas Gore of Warner Robins, GA, Brady Fletcher Gore of Warner Robins, GA and James David Phelps of Cochran, GA; and his great-niece Aubree Nicole Beard of Kathleen.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clark Funeral Home (142 Commerce St, Hawkinsville, GA 31036). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
