He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rasco Harman and Carrie Jane Blocker Harman. He is survived by: his sister Betty Blocker Maloney (John) of Doraville; his niece Lisa Maloney Nelson (Jonathan) of Peachtree Corners; his nephew Adam Maloney (Tracie) of Atlanta; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Noah, Caleb, Lael Nelson, Madeline and Miles Maloney.
