He was predeceased by: his father Earl Hamilton Collins; and his brother Kenny Collins. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Brooks Collins; his daughters, Melissa Lyle (Keith) and Natalie White (Martin); his siblings, Floyd Collins (Donna) and Pat Evans (Richard); and his grandchildren, Brody Lyle, Matilda Lyle and Gavin White. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
