He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Patricia O'Leary Staley; his son-in-law Greg Masters; and his siblings, Jimmy Staley, Ronny Staley, Adell Kerr, Grace Whittier and Polly Deloach.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Masters, Tommy Staley, Jr. (Melinda) and Philip Staley (Amie); his grandchildren, Kimberley Staley, Kelsey Beasley (Gary), Karen Staley, Kenzie Amie (Elijah), Katie Masters, Emilie Masters, Jacob Masters (Naomi), Zachary Staley, Tyler Staley, Ryan Staley and Tyler Wood; and his siblings, Peggy Harris, Linda Hill and Mike Staley. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
