He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert James Sorenson, Sr. and Lillian Mae Follenweider Sorenson; and his brother Tommy Sorenson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sorenson; his children, Michael Sean Sorenson (Patricia), Eric Sorenson and Andrea Sorenson; his grandchildren, Michael Alexander Sorenson, Sophia Ferrell Cowart and Cambell Cash Conti; his brother William Sorenson (Patricia); and his nephews, Kevin Sorenson (Anne) and Jeffrey Sorenson.
