He is survived by: his wife Barbara Howard Cozart; his daughter Sandra Cozart Hopkins (Steve Hopkins); his grandson Bradley Ray Hopkins; and his siblings, Mary Lou Surles (Bobby) and Bennett Cozart (Sandy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
