He was predeceased by: his father Julian Deason; and his wife Elizabeth Joan Deason. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Langston (Mike) of Fayetteville, David Deason (Lynn) of Tyrone and Dennis Deason of Stockbridge; his grandchildren, Bradley Langston, Christopher Langston, Mallory Deason McManus, Max Montgomery, Molly Montgomery, Alexander Deason, Ren Deason (Karon) and Vivian Deason; and his great grandchildren, Wesley McManus, Murphy McManus, Tara Deason, Raiden Deason and Riley Deason. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Children's Hospital of Atlanta or Morrow United Methodist Church.
