He is survived by: his wife Cindy Sullivan of Tyrone; his children, Justin Evans (Kate) of McDonough, Ian Evans (Shelby) of Stockbridge and Serra Jaggar (Phillip) of Athens; his sister Mary Ann Conger of Tyrone; his grandchildren, Wyatte Elliot Sullivan Jaggar, Maggie Evans, Leah Evans, Robert Evans and Noah Evans; and his nieces and nephews, Dottie Wolf, Woody Conger, Rick Conger, Marion Kolb, Nicole Freeman, Freddie Sullivan and J. W. Sullivan. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces.
