He is survived by: his wife Betty Burks; his children, Michael Young, Kenneth Young (Hope), Linda Thompson, Sandra Pendergrass, Melanie Brown (David), Stephen Forbus, Cassie Chadwick (Faithe) and Kristin Thompson Moss (Jarrod); and his brother Everett Burks (Barb). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and 1 great, great granddaughter.
