He is survived by: his wife Glenda Lance of Tyrone; his children, Paulette Childress (Gary) of Fayetteville, Floyd Lance, III of Covington, Donna Johnson (Marty) of Broken Arrow, OK, Melenda Sluder (Steve) of Tyrone, Lorinda Vinson (Craig) of Fayetteville and Bart Lance (Julie) of Suwanee; and his grandchildren, Johsua, Abigail, Zachary, Noah, Savannah, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Martha and Nicholas.
