He is survived by: his wife Cathy Crupi; his children, David Crupi of Newnan, GA and Dawn Royal (Daniel) of Atlanta, GA; his brothers, James Crupi (Faye) of Cumming, GA and John Crupi of Conyers, GA; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Crupi and Caroline Crupi.
