It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claudia Ann Barnes of Tyrone, Georgia, who passed away on July 30, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Judge Rowland W. Barnes; her parents, James Claude "Red" Bannister and Hilda Eidson Bannister; and her brothers, David Michael Bannister and Jeffrey Bannister.

She is survived by: her children, Dia Yates (Scott), Sharon Leah Ford, Lonnie Ford and Jesse Ford (Danika); her grandchildren, Colton, Steven, Corey, Joy, Shelby, Amber, Dylan, Charity, Corban and Chloe; her great grandchildren, Ruby, Vann, Connor, Langston and Jedaky; her siblings, Pamela Coyne (John) and Kent Bannister (Jennifer); and her sister-in-law Kazuko Bannister.
