It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jean Biester of Tyrone, Georgia, born in Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on August 11, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Welter and Kathleen Welter (Lukens); her husband Fred; and her sister Marilyn Buss (late Ken). She is survived by: her sons, Greg (Valerie) and Thomas (Lynn); her grandchildren, Skyler, Nicholas and Tyler; and her brother Ken Welter (Bonnie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
