She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Lester and Keturah Waters Hodges; and her siblings, Rudy Hodges and Suzanne Knight. She is survived by: her husband Lee Stewart of Twin City; her daughters, Natalie Durden (Todd) and Kacie Stewart; her grandchildren, Michael Durden (Gabbi), Christopher Durden, Jeb Stewart (Amber) and Lelyn Overstreet (Daniel); her great grandchildren, William James Durden and Cooper Overstreet; and her sisters, Becky Crawford, Teresa Mock (Danny) and Joanna Cavanagh (Brendan).

His arrival in 2021 was a saving grace for her during the pandemic.
