He is survived by: his father Alton Simmons; his wife Sandra Simmons; his children, Macy Moxley (Justin), Cody Simmons (Amanda), Gaven Simmons and Katelyn Simmons; his grandchildren, Robert Owen, Avery Moxley, Colton and Blakely Simmons; and his brothers, Rusty Simmons (Wanda) and Marcus Simmons (Melinda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
