He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Simmons. He is survived by: his father Alton Simmons; his wife Sandra Simmons; his children, Macy Moxley (Justin), Cody Simmons (Amanda), Gaven Simmons and Katelyn Simmons; his grandchildren, Robert Owen, Avery Moxley, Colton and Blakely Simmons; and his brothers, Rusty Simmons (Wanda) and Marcus Simmons (Melinda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elam Baptist Church (5199 Elam Rd, Millen, GA 30442). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
