We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Lynda Talmadge of Twin City, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouses, Georgia Governor and U. S. Senator Herman E. Talmadge; and her brother-in-law Nick Johnson. She is survived by: her son David Franklin Pierce (Christine) of Brunswick; her grandsons, David Cowart Pierce of Brunswick and Samuel Murphy Pierce of Brunswick; her siblings, Loy D. Cowart, Sr. (Annie Jo) and Martha C. Johnson of Millen; and her nieces and nephews, Dr. Loy D. "Chip" Cowart, Jr. (Elizabeth), Joey Cowart (Ellen), Mitchell Johnson (Stephanie), Rayburn Johnson (Dorie), Retha Lynn Hodges (Eddie) and Beth Bell (Mike).
