He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Boles and Marie Willoughby Boles; his daughter Shannon Boles; his siblings, Ray Boles and Kathy Green; his brother-in-law Repete Parnell; and his friend Shirley Brown.
He is survived by: his son Steven Boles; his siblings, Shelby Parnell of Lowndesville and Howard Boles of Iva; his siblings-in-law, Wayne Green and Pat Boles; and his cousins, Barbara Green and Evelyn Burton. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
