It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Rainey (Twin City, Georgia), who passed away on April 5, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lovette and Madge Sanders Lovette; her former husband Daniel Webster Proctor; her husband Virgil Cecil Rainey, Sr.; her stepdaughters, Katie Dean and Bonnie Proctor; her sons, Lloyd Proctor, Virgil Rainey, Jimmy Elton Proctor and Wayne Allen Proctor; her siblings, Frances Hickman, Nettie Mae Collson, Elzie, Ed and Lloyd Lovette; and her half-brother Archie Lovette.
She is survived by: her children, Edith Gavidia (Felix) of Miami, FL, Rita Lindsey of Swainsboro, GA, Donna White, Danny Proctor of Swainsboro, GA and Gene Rainey (Rebecca); her sibling Thirty; and her grandchild Eighteen.
