He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Rich Turner of Twin City; his sons, Jack Lanier Parham (Lisa) of Twin City, Jonathan David Parham (Wanda) of Swainsboro and Elton Binion Turner, Jr. (Valerie) of Milledgeville; and his grandchildren, Haley Marie Parham, Lacey Renee Parham, Kirrin Elizabeth Parham, Aria Rose Turner and Elton Binion Turner, III. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
