David Grimes Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Grimes of Twin City, Georgia, who passed away on October 7, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, W. C. Grimes Sr. and Thelma McCullough Grimes; his wife Arlene Grimes; his son Wayne Grimes; and his siblings, Walter Grimes, Allen Grimes, Evelyn Sikes, Martha Grimes and Mary Goodman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Ann Grimes and Cheryl Akridge (Buck Walker); his sister Earlene Archer (Lamar); his grandsons, David "Bubba" Williams (Robin Parker) and Caleb Akridge; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Williams, Kataleena Williams and Walker Hall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
