He is survived by: his wife Linda Parrish Dempsey; his siblings-in-law, Joann Bivens of Chatsworth and Ronnie Bivens of Chatsworth; and also, Brenda Boyd of Tunnel Hill, Terry Boyd of Tunnel Hill, Shirley Pilcher of Tunnel Hill, Charles, Jr., Joyce Dempsey of Cohutta, James Dempsey and Judy Dempsey of Tunnel Hill. He is also survived by aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
