She was predeceased by: her parents, Kendall Ballew and Eloise Hunsucker Hayes; her husband Floyd McDonald; her daughter Donna Lynn Elders; her siblings, Roger Capehart, Sandra Spear and Nancy Windom; and the father of her children Charles Elders.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Ann Elders; her siblings, Drenda Kirby and Dennis Hayes; her pet Coco; and her close friend Ginger Countryman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
