She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Painter and Allie Painter; her husband Winfred Eugene Bryant; her siblings, Emmett Painter (Ethel), Isaac Painter (Ida Mae), Pauline Bryant (Milburn), Frances Kendrick (Charles), Geneva Stinnett, Virgil Painter (Mary), Henry Painter (Jewel), George Painter (Ruth) and Ruby Painter; and her siblings-in-law, Frank Bryant (Beula), Lee Bryant (Martha), Earl Bryant (Geneva), Ben Bryant, Claude Bryant, Eldon Bryant, Ishmael Bryant, Maggie Land, Pearl Davis, Essie Quinn, Henry Hardin and Delmar Mullis.
She is survived by: her former husband Doyle Payne; her daughter Brenda; her son-in-law Tim Pickett; her sister Ethel Mullis; her grandsons, Matthew Dunn and Stephen Dunn; and her sister-in-law Bernice Bryant. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
