He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Quinn and Essie Mae Quinn; his son Terry Quinn; and his siblings, Cecil Quinn and Jo Ann Rodgers.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Quinn; his sons, Mark Quinn, Tony Quinn and David Quinn; and his siblings, Willard Quinn, Charles Quinn, Leonard Quinn, Lamar Quinn, Bonnie Quinn and Nancy Quinn. He is also survived by three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
