He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Monk Sr.; and his brother Jeffery Wildes Monk. He is survived by: his mother Anne Monk; his sister-in-law Tonya Monk; and his nieces, Georgia Monk and Landry Monk.
Due to the National health crisis and the Covid-19 virus, masks must be worn properly at all times and social distancing must be observed when visiting the funeral home.
