He was predeceased by: his father Charles Richard Splawn I.. He is survived by: his wife Twanda Splawn; his children, Valorie Lynn Vickrey (Tim), Chuck Splawn, Joey Splawn (Samantha), Tammy Sharp and Robert Retelle (Angie); his mother Billie Mayne; his siblings, Steve Splawn (Carolyn) and Cathy Beckett (John); his grandchildren, Haley Rowlands, Hailee "Bug" Sharp, Seth Vickrey, Jacob Splawn, Taylor Splawn, Noah Vickrey, Avery Splawn, Addison "Addie" Retelle and Maddison "Maddie" Retelle; and his great grandchild Gaven McCray. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
