He was predeceased by: his parents, James Weaver and Clara Ona Payne Weaver; and his siblings, James Weaver, Jr., Edward Weaver, Danny Weaver, Ricky Weaver, Tim Weaver and Annette Talkington.
He is survived by: his daughter Amanda; his son-in-law Alonso Freeman; his son Matthew Weaver; his grandchildren, Emma and Preston Freeman; his sisters, Joyce Stephens and Mary Ledford (Newell); and his sister-in-law Kathy Weaver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dalton Funeral Home (620 S Glenwood Ave, Dalton, GA 30721). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
