It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Goins of Tunnel Hill, Georgia, who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Goins; and his parents, James Goins and Viola Goins. He is survived by: his children, Sheila Cochran, Bill Goins (Angela) and Eric Goins (Kimberly). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and several brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
