Powell Franks; his children, April Horn, Brian Horn of Tunnel Hill, GA, Timothy Horn of Tunnel Hill, GA and Tony Horn of Tunnel Hill, GA; his siblings, Marshall Franks of Varnell, GA, Charlotte King and Gail Flower; and his grandchildren, Hayley, Daniel Smith, Cody Horn and Ryan Horn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
