She is survived by: her husband David Van Dyke; her children, Shannon Adams (James), Amanda Painter (Chan), Elizabeth Swanson (Derek), Ooltewah, Ashley Van Dyke, David Van Dyke (Jill), Daniel Van Dyke and Donna Brand (Steve); her grandchildren, Chandler, Jordan, Madison, Aaron, Jacob, Ella, Aubrey, Bryson, Zachary, Tristen, Jaelyn, Isaac, Jenna and Greyson; and her siblings, Frank Hughes, Richard Hughes, Barbara Hancock (Red), Kenneth Hughes (Lola), Carolyn Patterson (James) and David Hughes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
