He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Diane Talley; his parents, Carmack Talley and Madge Dale of Ringgold; his children, Rita Clark (Rick) of Ringgold, Craig Talley (Josh Peden) of Arkansas and Jason Talley (Mindy Watts); and his siblings, Jackie Tyree of Dothan, AL, Karen Jones of Ringgold and Mark Talley of Ocalla, FL. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren.
