She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Middleton; her parents, Clarence Nuckolls and Lucille Nuckolls; and her siblings, Mildred Kimel, John Nuckolls and Lamont Nuckolls.
She is survived by: her sons, Butch Middleton (Judy) and Gary Middleton (Connie); her brother Denton Nuckolls; her grandchildren, Todd Middleton (Haley), Tara Middleton, Jamey Middleton (Erin), Tonya Tidwell (Ben) and Benny Middleton (Regina); and her great grandchildren, Molly Middleton, Grant Middleton, Brady Middleton (Shayna), Kate Middleton, Cooper Middleton, Jack Middleton, Harrison Hudson, Hannah Kollock, Caleb Kollock, Sarah Kate Tidwell, Coley Middleton and Bella Middleton.
