He was predeceased by: his parents, Valente G. Ramos and Juanita Ramirez; his son Rafael Ramos (Ralph); his sister Dora Ramos; and his parents-in-law, Ollie and Hellen Jarrell.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Slovick Ramos; his children, Lucas Ramos Jr., Victor Garcia (April), Cynthia Ramos Pacheco (Ulises Antonio), Michelle Rampley (Jason) and Christine Duke (Tracy); his siblings, George Ramos (Sherry), Jasinto Ramos (Joann), Janie Ramos Fernandez, Chona Ramos, Lupe Moreno and Elizabeth Ramos; his grandchildren, Isaac Garcia, Jose Rojas, Alexis Ramos, Dominic Ramos, Noah Ramos, Maci Ramos, Austin Garcia, Braydon Rampley, Nathan Rampley, Shae Rampley, Wyatt Duke, Lorene Duke, Santa Jolisa Pacheco and Abril Pacheco; his mother-in-law Maria Delgado; and his daughter-in-law Monica Ramos. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
