He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Cooper and Wilma Wefer Cooper; and his siblings, Pauline Cooper and Harry Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Tidwell Cooper; his daughters, Sonia Weaver and Kimberly Dotson (Chuck); his siblings, Donna Dyer, Phyllis Stapp (John) and David Cooper (Noelle); his mother-in-law Hilda Tidwell; his brothers-in-law, Charles Tidwell (Sheila) and Allan Tidwell (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Nathan, Noah Weaver, Isaac and Kristina Dotson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
