She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Lay and Martha Lay. She is survived by: her husband David Barnette; her daughter Shena; her son-in-law David Huitt; her grandchildren, Jonathan Huitt, Karsen Huitt (Gunner Ward) and Jake Huitt; her mother-in-law Syble Barnette; her brother Robert; her sister-in-law Melissa Lay; and her friends, Gail and Elaine Jones.
