He was predeceased by: his parents, John Albert Agard and Diana Fouts Agard; and his brother Terry Lee. He is survived by: his partner Jackie Butler; his partner's daughter Cynthia Butler; his sons, Jeremy Agard (Ashley) and John Alan Agard Jr.; his siblings, Denise A. Justice (Jim) and James G. Agard (Melanie); his granddaughter Zelda Gifford; and his nephews, Josh Caldwell and Andrew Agard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Homes Wallis-Stewart Chapel (443 Boynton Dr, Ringgold, GA 30736). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
