He was predeceased by: his father Charles Edward Southard. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Anderson Southard; his brothers, James Southard and Kevin Southard of Tunnel Hill, GA; his nephew Chase Southard of Dalton; and his close friend Mandy. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
