He is survived by: his wife Deanna Marie Shavers Baker of Tunnel Hill, Georgia.; his children, Ashlee Partlow of Alexandria, Virginia and Michael Baker; his brothers, Harry Lane Baker of Bronx, Perry Baker (Vicky) of Clinton and Ervin Baker (Shirley) of Jonesboro, Georgia; his mother-in-law Sandra Milton of Dalton; his aunt Francis Mann of New York; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Baker of Alabama, Pamela Cooper (James, Jr.), Jacqueline Willis, John Lee Shavers (Kristi) of Dalton and Rodney Dillard.
