He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lee Baker and Addie Lee Mann Baker; and his siblings, Margaret Cheryl Rivers, Mary Katrina McDade and Theophilis Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Deanna Marie Shavers Baker of Tunnel Hill, Georgia.; his children, Ashlee Partlow of Alexandria, Virginia and Michael Baker; his brothers, Harry Lane Baker of Bronx, Perry Baker (Vicky) of Clinton and Ervin Baker (Shirley) of Jonesboro, Georgia; his mother-in-law Sandra Milton of Dalton; his aunt Francis Mann of New York; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Baker of Alabama, Pamela Cooper (James, Jr.), Jacqueline Willis, John Lee Shavers (Kristi) of Dalton and Rodney Dillard.
A graveside service was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the American Legion Post 112 (412 Mulberry St, Coraopolis, PA 15108).
