He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Bryant and Sarha Bryant; his grandson Michael Simmons; his siblings, James "Bud" Bryant, Sara June Johnson, Evelyn "Toppie" Goldsmith and Linda Teeters; his niece April Goldsmith; and his brother-in-law Gary Goldsmith.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bryant of Tunnel Hill; his son Lamont; his daughter-in-law Kelly Smith of Eton; his daughter Tina; his son-in-law Brian Cunningham of Spencer, TN; his siblings, Stephen (Debra Bryant), Richard (Johnny Sue Bryant) and Rebecca Ann Goldsmith of Rossville; and his grandchildren, Nicole Smith, Kimberly, Lee Ingle and Vanessa Simmons. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
