He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Ann Floyd and Herbert Rayburn; his stepfather E. D. Ridley; and the mother of his children Darlene Lea (Tonya Dunn). He is survived by: his children, Brooke (Jason Haws), Teresa Lowe of Fort Oglethorpe and Brandon; his daughter-in-law Ashley Floyd of Varnell; his siblings, Cindy Hollingsworth of Tunnel Hill, Rachel Holloway of Dalton, Karen (Leroy Langham), Teresa (Ted Dyer), Camilla Lofty of Dalton, Tammy (Art Deas), Herberetta (Terry Peters), Lewis and Scott Rayburn of Atlanta; and his grandchildren, Mallory, Logan Lowe, Braxton, Carson, Eason, Jules Floyd, Emily, Caden, Addison and Nicholas Haws.
