She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jennings Bryant Cavin and Willie Inez Walters Cavin; her husband Rev. Dewey E. Boyd; her sisters, Nell Blalock (Ed) and Jackie Castleberry (Benny); and her siblings-in-law, James H. Boyd and Edna Hegwood (John).
She is survived by: her son Bryan; her daughter-in-law Julie Boyd of Tunnel Hill; her daughter Melinda; her son-in-law Greg Griffin of Tunnel Hill; her grandchildren, Kayla (Will Kiker), Madison (Michael Elliott), Darby Griffin of Tunnel Hill, Taylor (Aaron Tapia) and Tanner (Katelyn Boyd); and her great grandchildren, Madyson, Connor Elliott of Dalton, Brantley, Rylee Griffin of Tunnel Hill, Aubrey, Adilyn Tapia of Tunnel Hill and Cray Kiker of Dalton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
