He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Phillips and Opal Howell Phillips; his brother Jim Phillips; his sister-in-law Louise Phillips; his granddaughter Molly Stubblefield; his niece Faye Wilson Choate; and his brother-in-law Bob Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Phillips; his daughters, Starla Phillips, Sinda Stubblefield (Skip), Shawn Brown (Marty), Tracy Clark (Curtis), Lorrie Robertson (Nathan) and Wendy Hunt (Ben); his grandchildren, Zack Harkins, Frankie Booker (Emily), Justin Harkins (Megan), Kylus Booker (Melody), Ryan Stubblefield, Harrison Booker, Hunter Robertson (Adriana), Logan Robertson, Coe Booker, Tiffany Robertson and Conner Elrod (Ashlyn); his great grandchildren, Axel, Chance, Carson Harkins, Addison Booker and Tyson Synder; his sisters, Elizabeth Wilson and Frances Hunter (Richard); and his significant other Jerry Hand (Frances). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
