He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Dennis and Reba Hobbs Wilson; and his brothers, David Lamar Wilson, Stephen Wilson and Alton Dennis Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Wilson; his daughter Amanda; his son-in-law Travis Griffin of Dalton, GA; his sons, Matt (Brandie Powell) and Carl James (Destiny Wilson); and his siblings, Glenn (Trena Wilson), Creed (Stacy Wilson), Beth Robinson of Cohutta, GA and Carlene Siffles of Dalton, GA. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, three great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
