He is survived by: his wife Sue Hannah Scoggins of Tunnel Hill, GA.; his daughter Melissa Watkins of Tunnel Hill, GA.; his sisters, Marie Massengill of Ringgold, GA., Barbara Ensley of Ringgold, GA., Johnnie Bramlett of Ringgold, GA, Reba Payne of Calhoun, GA. and Linda Forrester of East Ridge, TN.; his grandchildren, Garrett Smith, Brittany Seeley, Bailee Scoggins and Mallory Smith; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Smith, Kade Smith, Lukas Smith, Elijah Seeley, Aerron Seeley and A'riyah Seeley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
