He is survived by: his wife Wilma Shampo of Tunnel Hill; his daughter Amy England of Chatsworth; his son-in-law Zachary England of Chatsworth; his stepchildren, Cindy Kirkland, Gary Kirkland of Dalton, Christie Pritt and Mike Pritt of Chatsworth; his brother Timothy Shampo of Fort Oglethorpe; his grandchildren, Ariel Wells, Jonathan Wells, Hunter Kirkland, Jordan Kirkland, Josh Childers, Haley Childers and Spencer England; and his great grandchild Liam Childers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
