It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lee Butts of Tunnel Hill, Georgia, born in DeKalb, Illinois, who passed away on July 14, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Butts and Emma Summer Butts; his wife Joanie L. Butts; his son David Butts; and his siblings, Howard Butts, George Butts and Caroline Brannon.
He is survived by: his children, Denita Dickson of Middleburg, FL, Vada (Salomon Romero), Rhonda Darrah of Tunnel Hill, GA, Richard (Julie Butts), Christina Wildey of Arizona and Tammy (Bill Kessel); and his siblings, Dennis (Jill Butts), Rich Butts of Tunnel Hill, GA and Lois Delia of Virginia. He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
