He is survived by: his wife Betty June Coker Cook; his children, Judy Smith of Tunnel Hill, Steve (Brenda Cook) and Terry Cook of Tunnel Hill; his sisters-in-law, Sandra Cook, Shirley Talley of Tunnel Hill and Fannie Bell Reese of Adairsville; his grandchildren, Heather Smith, Holly Lane, Emilee Kolakowski, Christopher Cook, Jennifer Byrnes and Ethan Cook; and his great grandchildren, Esai and Mia Lane. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
