He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Patton and Dora "Morrison" Patton; and his siblings, Steve Patton and Marie Daily. He is survived by: his siblings, C. Dale Patton, Ricky Patton, David Patton, Thelma Higgins, Gail Wells and Caroline Chastain. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
