He is survived by: his children, Charles R. (Anna Meadors), Darrell (Kimberly Meadors), Lisa (Steve Ellis) and Lora Dee (David Sluder); and his siblings, Onnie (Betty Meadors), Eugene (Sue Meadors), Anna Lee (Bill Sye), Bonnie (Clinton West), Ruth Lynch of Kentucky and Roxie Cotton of Ohio. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
