He was predeceased by his Parent's, Carl E. Reece and Grady "June" Robinson Reece; his grandparents, Houston, Allie Reece, Grady, and Theo Robinson; his mother-in-law Mamie E. Dawson; and his sister-in-law Kathryn Davenport. He is survived by : his wife Ruby Lea Reece; his children, Steve Reece (Sidonnia) of Rocky Face, GA and Shannon Gibson (Gary) of Russellville, KY; his grandchildren, Eric Gibson (Shon) of Savannah, Ga, Noah Gibson of San Antonio, TX, Haley Reece of Anniston, AL and Bryce Reece of Rocky Face, GA; his sister Sherry; his siblings-in-law, Steve Hardeman of Smithsburg, MD, Betty and Wayne Greeson of Dalton, GA; and his close friends, Lloyd and Regina Davenport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
